”Türkiye’de ikamet izni başvurusu yapan yabancılar, başvuru için gerekli evrakları tamamlayıp harçlarını yatırdıktan sonra İl Göç İdaresi tarafından düzenlenen barkotlu “İkamet İzni Müracaat Belgesi” ve harç makbuzları yanlarında olacak şekilde yurt dışına çıkış yapabilirler.
Bu belge ile yabancılar, Türkiye dışında en fazla 15 gün kalmak kaydıyla yeniden ülkemize giriş yapabilirler.
Ancak burada dikkat edilmesi gereken önemli bir husus vardır: Türkiye’ye girişte vize veya e- vizeye tabi bir ülke vatandaşı olan yabancılar (Türkmenistan, Amerika, İngiltere, Nepal, Endonezya vb.), 15 günlük sürenin aşılması halinde Türkiye’ye yeniden giriş yapabilmeleri için tekrar geçerli vize almak zorundadır.

Can Foreign Nationals Leave the Country while Their Residence Permit Applications are Still Pending?
One of the most frequently asked questions by foreigners is: “Can I travel abroad while my residence permit application is ongoing?”
Foreign nationals applying for a residence permit in Turkey may leave the country provided they have completed the necessary documentation for their application and paid the relevant fees, and provided they are in possession of the barcoded ‘Residence Permit Application Form’ issued by the Provincial Migration Directorate and their fee receipts.
With this document, foreign nationals may stay outside Turkey for up to 15 days and then re-enter the country.
However, there is an important point to note here: Foreigners who are citizens of countries subject to visa or e-visa requirements for entry into Türkiye (Turkmenistan, USA, UK, Nepal, Indonesia, etc.) must obtain a new valid visa in order to re-enter Türkiye if they exceed the
15-day period.
