Oturma izni almak için E-ikamet sistemi üzerinden yapılan başvurunun ardından İl Göç İdaresinden alınan randevu günü ve saatinde İl Göç İdaresi Müdürlüğüne gidilir ve başvurucu tarafından gerekli bilgi ve belgeler sunulur.

Kısa Dönem Oturma İzni (İkamet İzni) için Gerekli Belgeler
- İkamet İzni Başvuru Formu
- Pasaport veya yerine geçen bir belgenin asli ve fotokopisi
- 4 adet biyometrik (ICAO standartlarında) fotoğraf
- Sağlık Sigortası
- Adli Sicil Kaydı
- İkamet izni boyunca yetecek miktarda maddi imkanını ispatlar belgeler
- Noter tasdikli kira kontratı (Tapuda talep edilenebilir)
Uzun Dönem Oturma İzni (İkamet İzni) için Gerekli Belgeler
- İkamet İzni Başvuru Formu
- Pasaport veya yerine geçen bir belgenin asli ve fotokopisi
- 4 adet biyometrik (ICAO standartlarında) fotoğraf
- Sağlık Sigortası
- Adli Sicil Kaydı (Hem ülkemizden hem de yabancının kendi ülkesinden apostilli olarak)
- İkamet izni boyunca yetecek miktarda ve sürekli sabit gelirinin olduğunu ispatlayacak belge
- Son 3 yıl içerisin de sosyal yardım almadığına dair mühürlü ve imzalı belge (İkametgah ettiği ilçe kaymakamlığının yazı işlerinden)
- Adres kayıt sistemine (AKS) kayıtlı olduğunu gösteren belge
Öğrenci Oturma İzni (İkamet İzni) için Gerekli Belgeler
- İkamet İzni Başvuru Formu
- Pasaport veya yerine geçen bir belgenin asli ve fotokopisi
- 4 adet biyometrik (ICAO standartlarında) fotoğraf
- Sağlık sigortası
- Adli Sicil Kaydı
- Aktif öğrencilik belgesi
- İkamet izni boyunca yetecek miktarda maddi imkanını ispatlar belgeler
- Noter tasdikli kira kontratı (Tapuda talep edilenebilir) veya yurtta kalıyorsa yurttan belge alınmalıdır.
Aile Oturma İzni (İkamet İzni) için Gerekli Belgeler
- İkamet İzni Başvuru Formu
- Pasaport veya yerine geçen bir belgenin asli ve fotokopisi
- 4 adet biyometrik (ICAO standartlarında) fotoğraf
- Tüm aile bireylerini kapsayan/geçerli Sağlık Sigortası
- Adli Sicil Kaydı( Destekleyici yabancı ise aynı zamanda kendi ülkesinden adli sicil belgesi almalıdır.)
- İkamet izni boyunca yetecek miktarda maddi imkanını ispatlar belgeler
- Evli olduklarını gösterir belge (Destekleyici Türk ise vukuatlı nüfus kayıt örneği, destekleyici yabancı ise ülkesinden apostilli evlilik belgesi almalıdır.)
- Destekleyicinin nüfus cüzdanının aslı ve fotokopisi
- Adres kayıt sistemine (AKS) kayıtlı olduğunu gösteren belge
Tüm ikamet izinlerinin alınabilmesi için yabancının geçerli süresi olan pasaportunun olması gerekmektedir. Kendi ülke kimlikleriyle ve pasaportsuz Türkiye’ye giriş yapabilen yabancı uyrukluların mutlaka ikamet izni başvurusu yapabilmesi için pasaportlarınında olması şartı aranmaktadır.
Following an application submitted via the E-Residence system to obtain a residence permit, the applicant must attend the Provincial Migration Directorate on the date and at the time of the appointment issued by the Provincial Migration Directorate and submit the necessary information and documents.
These documents vary depending on the type of residence permit:
Documents Required for a Short-Term Residence Permit
- Residence Permit Application Form
- Original and a photocopy of your passport or an equivalent document
- 4 biometric photographs (in accordance with ICAO standards)
- Health insurance
- Criminal record
- Documents proving sufficient financial means to cover the duration of the residence permit
- Notarised tenancy agreement (available upon request from the Land Registry)
Documents Required for a Long-Term Residence Permit:
- Residence Permit Application Form
- Original and a photocopy of a passport or equivalent document
- 4 biometric photographs (in accordance with ICAO standards)
- Health insurance
- Criminal record certificate (apostilled from both our country and the foreign national’s own
country) - Document proving sufficient and steady income to cover the duration of the residence
permit - A sealed and signed document confirming that no social assistance has been received in the
last 3 years (from the administrative office of the district governor’s office where the
applicant resides) - Document confirming registration in the Address Registration System (AKS)
Documents Required for a Student Residence Permit (Residence Permit):
- Residence Permit Application Form
- Original and a photocopy of your passport or an equivalent document
- 4 biometric photographs (ICAO standard)
- Health insurance
- Criminal Record Check
- Proof of current student status
- Documents proving sufficient financial means to cover the duration of the residence permit
- A notarised tenancy agreement (which may be requested from the Land Registry) or, if staying in student accommodation, a document from the accommodation provider.
Documents Required for a Family Residence Permit (Residence Permit)
- Residence Permit Application Form
- Original and photocopy of a passport or equivalent document
- 4 biometric photographs (ICAO standard)
- Valid health insurance covering all family members
- Criminal record certificate (If the sponsor is a foreign national, they must also obtain a
criminal record certificate from their own country.) - Documents proving sufficient financial means to cover the duration of the residence permit
- Document proving marriage (If the sponsor is Turkish, a certified copy of the family register; if the sponsor is a foreign national, they must obtain an apostilled marriage certificate from their country of origin.)
- Original and photocopy of the sponsor’s identity card
Document proving registration in the Address Registration System (AKS)
To obtain any residence permit, a foreigner must possess a valid passport. Foreign nationals who can enter Turkey with their own national identity cards and without a passport are required to have a passport to apply for a residence permit.
