Ev hizmetlerinde çalışacak yabancılar:
Ülkelerine dönmeden cezalarını ödeyerek bir sefere mahsus yeni ikamet izni ve sonrasında çalışma izni alabilirler.
Bunu yapmayıp ülkeyi terk edip tekrar yasal yollarla gelmek istendiğinde, ceza ödense bile cezalı kalınan süre kadar giriş yasağı uygulanır. Hiç ödeme yapılmazsa, 5 yıl Türkiye’ye giriş yasağı uygulanır.

Foreign nationals working in domestic service:
They may obtain a one-off new residence permit by serving their sentences before returning to their home countries.
If, instead of doing so, the person leaves the country and subsequently attempts to re-enter through legal channels, an entry ban will be imposed for a period equal to the length of the sentence, even if the fine has been paid.
If no payment is made, a five-year entry ban into Turkey will be imposed.
Foreign nationals subject to an entry ban will have their work permit applications rejected, even if they obtain a reference number from a Turkish consulate in their home country (Article 9(f) of the International Labour Force Act)
