Ev hizmetlerinde (çocuk, yaşlı/hasta bakımı vb.) çalıştırılacak yabancı uyruklu kişiler için Çalışma Bakanlığına yurt içinden başvuru yapacaklar için, önce Göç İdaresine verilmesi gereken 2 önemli taahhütname bulunmaktadır:
1️- İhtiyaçların Karşılanacağına Dair Taahhütname
Yabancının işverenin evinde kaldığı süre boyunca yeme, içme ve barınma ihtiyaçlarının karşılanacağına dair verilen taahhütnamedir. Bu taahhütname ev sahibi tarafından, evli ise eşi ile noterde verilmelidir.
2️- Çalışma İzni Alınacağına Dair Taahhütname
Yabancı çalışan için “çalışma izni alınacağı” ve Çalışma Bakanlığının tüm şartlarının yerine getirileceğine dair Göç İdaresi tarafından belirlenen 13 maddelik taahhütnamedir.
Eğer başvuruda, Göç İdaresinin istediği gelir kriterini sağlamak amacıyla hane halkının toplam geliri gösterilecekse, ev sahibi ve eşinin birlikte noterden imzaladıkları bu taahhütle birlikte Göç İdaresine gitmesi gerekir.
Eğer tek kişinin geliri yeterli ise, taahhütnameyi yalnızca geliri gösterilen işveren imzalayabilir.

Undertakings Required for Foreigners who will Work in Domestic Services…
For those who will apply domestically to the Ministry of Labor for foreign nationals to be
employed in domestic services (childcare, elderly/patient care, etc.), there are two important
undertakings that must first be submitted to the Directorate of Migration Office.
1️- Undertaking that the Needs will be met
This is the undertaking stating that the foreigner’s food, drink, and accommodation needs will
be met during the period they stay at the employer’s home.
This undertaking must be given at the notary by the employer, and if married, together with
their spouse.
2️- Undertaking that a work permit will be obtained
It is a 13-article undertaking determined by the Migration Administration stating that a “work
permit will be obtained” for the foreign employee and that all requirements of the Ministry of
Labor will be fulfilled.
If, in the application, the total income of the household is to be shown to meet the income
criteria required by the Immigration Office, the homeowner and their spouse must go to the
Immigration Office together with this commitment notarized by both.
If the income of a single person is sufficient, the declaration can only be signed by the
employer whose income is shown.
